Before booking, please note the following:
Please check our Get Ready Guide for more information prior to your booking.
- Due to COVID-19 we ask that you please pay with contactless options where possible. All signing of documents will be done electronically where suitable and restrictions on number of clients in our office may apply.
- If you’re a new client to Cooper's Accounting please fill in all of your basic contact details and TFN. This allows us to set you up as a client in our system and download your ATO Pre-filling report before your appointment.
- If you are booking an appointment during July your data may not have reached your ATO prefill report yet. Therefore you must have all your Payment Summaries, your Private Health Insurance Annual Statement and any investment income annual statements available and, if possible, upload to us before your appointment.
- Please make sure you have received all your documents prior to your appointment date.
- Please ensure you include all of your tax needs in the booking enquiry form, especially if you have a rental property, a business, capital gains, lots of tax questions or would like your spouse’s tax return prepared as well, so we can allocate enough time for your booking.
