Before booking, please note the following:

• We do have cash facilities, but we respectfully ask that you please pay with contactless options where possible. All signing of documents will be done electronically where suitable. 
• If you are booking an appointment during July your data may not have reached your ATO prefill report before your appointment time. Therefore you must have all your Payment Summaries, your Private Health Insurance Annual Statement and any investment income annual statements available and, if possible, upload to us before your appointment.
•  Please make sure you have received all your documents prior to your appointment date.
• Please ensure you include all of your tax needs in the booking enquiry form, especially if you have a rental property, a business, capital gains, lots of tax questions or would like your spouse’s tax return prepared as well, so we can allocate enough time for your booking.
